ZMCC is on a mission to not only promote Cricket in Canada, but also nurture and facilitate budding young players to become champions, who can eventually represent Canada at international level. ZMCC has the necessary resources, including but not limited to International Cricketers and Coaches, who have played at ICC events, and international leagues such as Caribbean Premiere League and Pakistan Super League. In addition, ZMCC employs technology at their highest level to ensure our members benefit from advancements in sports science, such as use of Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Using such state-of-the-art tools not only help our seniors’ teams but is also instrumental in the development of our most important asset: our Youngsters.A key strength of the academy is the development of players through the highest standard qualifications and programs. Since the academy’s foundation, it has grown from strength to strength, winning titles since TDCA Division 1 to the super 9 division .The clubs strength is in the development of players through the highest standard of coaching and programs. Since the early days, the club has continued to move from “strength to strength”, winning division titles from TDCA premier to elite to super 9  Apart from coaching and grooming players locally, the ZMCC selected some of its experienced players to collaborate with the CSCA on eight international tours, even participating in the Over 50 World Cup in Australia. The CSCA team also made repeated trips to Pakistan and Australia in the following years which include : 2010 , 2011, 2014 , 2016 , 2019, and earned praise for being one of the best prepared CSCA teams coming out of North America.
