NAVEED JILLANI
Founder and president of ZMCC As a result of his contributions to Canadian cricket over the past three decades, Naveed Jailani has become one of the premier cricketers in Canada. Furthermore, cricketing fraternities outside Canada have heaped praise on him, praising his work in the Canadian cricket ecosystem.
With an eye for talent scouting coupled with his belief in cultivating talent from a young age, Naveed Jailani and the Zohaib Memorial Cricket Club ( ZMCA ) have helped grow some of the brightest cricket stars in Canada such as these national Canadian Players which include :
Saad Bin Zafar , Umair Ghani , Henry Osinde , Abdul Jabbar etc .
Naveed also played u19 east zone Lahore in (1986) . With being one of the most decent
medium fast inswinging bowlers . Naveed was the highest Wicket taker with four man of the
matches in the local Lahore east zone tournament .
Mehmood (Moe) Pirzada
He does not need any introduction when it comes to Toronto District Cricket Association.
Started his cricket with Commonwealth cc as a junior. He was a captain and won junior the championship trophy. Started senior cricket in 1993 in first division and took 30 wickets in his first season and made 400 +runs. He kept it up and made it to premier division where he captained and won many games. Later he joined us which was previously called grace church cricket club where he won the championship to bring the team to premiere division. He was also captain in premier division where international players played under him player like Sanjay banger ( indian) test player.
Moe is currently the president of ZMCC and has a big role when it comes to the development of the club and his goal is to develop and sharpen the skills of some talented juniors who have the potential to play u19 Canada
NAVEED SIDDIQUI
Naveed Siddiqi, played under 19 from Islamabad for 4 years Mostly playing red ball , 4 days matches in Pakistan domestic cricket in under 19 district , He also played against some of the best players in Pakistan such as the legend Younis khan , Shahid Afridi, Shoaib malik ,Yasir Arafat , Imran Tahir and Abdur Rehman etc he also played for Islamabad Hawks cricket club in Pakistan Islamabad for 8 years under the captaincy of Azhar Mehmood and played club cricket with Rao Iftikhar Anjum. He Lead FG college for men H/9 Islamabad cricket team for 2 years and also lead Federal board cricket team . He has also played in New Jersey’s cricket league from 2000 to 2002 in USA . He has been Playing in T & D since 2003 has more than 350 wickets. He also represented yorkshire cricket club from 2003 to 2005 and from 2005 to present he has been a one club man Zohaib memorial cricket club
M.SHARIQ AHMED
Since his early years Shariq represented all age groups, from U11 to U19 with also leading the Karachi Tigers Cricket Club at Karachi ( A) Division. He represented Tapal Cricket Club , Medicam , Rangers , Navy which are one of the best clubs is not just in Karachi, but also throughout the entire country. CHACHA SHARIQ JAN, as he is known at the Zohaib Memorial Cricket Club , started his coaching career under Jallaludin Akbar and has also helped him assist UBL Cricket Academy . He is a certified Level 2 coach approved by PCB and got his certification in 2016.This was just the beginning of his exciting coaching journey. He is currently the Head Coach of ZMCC under 18s now and is developing some of the best Junior Cricketers in Canada 2021 .
While talking about the Zohaib Memorial Cricket Club Shariq has expressed his gratitude towards the President Naveed Jailani ,

As coach, Shariq has his sights set on helping youngsters become good cricketers and believes ZMCC is the only Club in Canada that enables youngsters to take giant leaps into the cricketing world and that is why he is proud to work with the Club .
OWAIS ASGHAR
Owais Asghar is a real ‘one club’ man. His loyalty to ZMCC is unmatched. Since moving to Canada , he has been with ZMCC since day 1 .
He represented ZMCC in the TDCA Elite and Premier Division . He has also lead the ZMCC site for the MCL super 8 50 overs Division.
Before moving to Canada, Owais played at the famed National Cricket Academy, Custom Cricket Academy, Rashid Latif Cricket Academy in Pakistan,alongside Sarfaraz Ahmed, Anwer Ali, Shahzaib Khan, Sohail Khan.. A leader on and off the pitch, Owais has captained his high school teams in Pakistan ,Malaysia as well as Canada.
Owais learnt coaching and scouting quickly as an apprentice under Naveed Jailani. He has already mastered all the tricks of the trades from Naveed, and believes in developing clinically and technically proficient cricketers. He represented Karachi region in 2006 to 2008 and has over 15 years of experience .
Against Mississauga Ramblers CC in the TDCA, he finished the knockout game batting at number nine with 92 runs in a partnership and won the game by hitting a six over long on.
