RISING STARS
The clubs strength is in the development of players through the highest standard of coaching and programs. Since the early days, the club has continued to move from “strength to strength”, winning division titles from TDCA premier to elite to super 9. Apart from coaching and grooming players locally, the ZMCC selected some of its experienced players to collaborate with the CSCA on eight international tours, even participating in the Over 50 World Cup in Australia. The CSCA team also made repeated trips to Pakistan and Australia.
History of zmcc
Zohaib Memorial Cricket Club (ZMCC) represents the finest and brightest Cricketers in North America. Formerly known as Lord Cricket Club, ZMCC has been active in Cricketing Circles of North America for last 25 years. ZMCC has a diverse range of talented and professional Cricketers at all age levels, from Young Teens to Experienced players, some of them have represented at International Cricket.
JUNIOR PROGRAM
In 2021, for the first time in Zohaib Memorial Club’s history, ZMCC decided to launch a juniors program for under 18 year old youth who will also participate in the u18s TDCA. By doing a talent scout hunt, ZMCC had found some valuable peers whom they felt would go far in their cricket careers. ZMCC’s goal is to provide the highest standard of coaching and build self confidence. As well as provide a safe and healthy environment conducive to development, and last but not least, ensuring the game is enjoyed. ZMCC has developed a structure for the u18s which is beyond cricket and goes further in the development of the psychological mindset and physical and mental toughness.
